Black Bridge Supply ships to the United States and selected international destinations.
Our primary market is the United States. Availability of international shipping will be shown at checkout.
Processing & Delivery Times
Orders are normally prepared and processed before being handed to the shipping carrier.
United States:
Estimated delivery: 8–12 days
Delivery estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may occasionally take longer due to carrier delays, weather, public holidays, high order volumes, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
International Orders
International delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping service available.
The available shipping rate will be displayed at checkout.
International orders may also be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included unless specifically stated at checkout.

Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided where available once your order has shipped.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after you receive your shipping notification. This does not necessarily mean that your order has been delayed.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your shipment appears significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate the shipment.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or been dispatched.
