30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in original condition.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and components received with the product.
  • Show no signs of misuse, modification, or intentional damage.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety reasons, products that have been fueled, ignited, operated, modified, altered, or show signs of use are not eligible for return unless they are defective.

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Used products.
  • Products damaged by misuse.
  • Products modified after delivery.
  • Products damaged through improper storage or handling.
  • Normal wear and tear.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged during transit
  • Defective
  • Not functioning as intended
  • Incorrectly supplied

Upon review, we may offer:

  • Replacement product
  • Full refund
  • Partial refund where appropriate

If a return is approved due to our error, defective merchandise, or shipping damage, return shipping costs will be covered by Black Bridge Supply.

Customer Change-of-Mind Returns

If you simply change your mind, you may return the item within 30 days provided it remains unused and in its original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on change-of-mind returns.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

Depending on your financial institution, additional processing time may apply before funds appear in your account.
